Global config directives

This is a list of directives that, when configured into the global "interchange.cfg" file, will affect all of the websites running under the same Interchange instance.

You may have multiple Interchange installations, each with their own global configuration.  One Interchange installation's global configuration will not affect the configuration of any other Interchange instance.
