Do not parse [L] and [LC] tags.

Valid values

Valid values are 0 and 1.  The default is 0.

Description

This pragma disables parsing of [L] and [LC] tags.

This is only used in the Admin UI and is not usually of interest to Interchange developers and could also have some side effects.  If you have enough traffic that you want to run in PreFork mode then you will be wanting to move the Admin UI away from the customer-facing side anyway, so this will not be a problem.
