This website has an installed version of the "Standard" demo for you to look at.  It also allows access to the default administration system so you can monkey about with the live demo.  If you want to demonstrate, beyond all reasonable doubt, that an Interchange bug exists then try to provide instructions on how it can be made to show itself on the live demo.
