Ron Phipps joins the Interchange core team

The Interchange development group has welcomed Ron Phipps to its core team.  Ron, an Interchange user since late 2000, has been listed as a contributor for quite some time.  He has donated a fair number of patches to Interchange, so it's good to finally have him join us as an official member of the Interchange development group.  No pressure, but we're expecting great things from you, Ron.
